nature
wow, look at the time!
i am all too aware of how long it has been since my last post.
i’ve been working out how to this site will need to change to adapt to my requirements and well, change is coming.
and as soon as i get a chance to sit down with my dear friends who help me maintain this site. this shouldn’t take too long now. :D
the basic idea of erratic light is clear and now the implementation and site re-design will come into play.
yay.
transitional ripples
although this picture is not sharp, is shaken and otherwise not entirely descriptive of many things, i tend to like it. the motion at the beach at sunset, when i took this picture was very deliberate and contemplative, almost. very soothing.
enjoying the light
this picture i took in nurmes. this little tree/plant seemed very pleased to be getting a few rays from the setting sun. i left the picture the way i took it, because it didn’t seem to need any work.
i hope to post more pictures once i get my entrance exam out of the way. it’s on thursday. wish me luck. :D
growing down?
been really busy preparing for my entrance exam! photoshoots here and there and editing, working on a photo essay, lots to do and still need to re-read the books! heheheee. funny. :D and today i noticed that i went out for a photoshoot without re-charging my batteries, which almost turned out to be a disaster, but luckily i made it! :D and my shutter-release button is finally dying. need to get that fixed. i think 7D sounds like a good fix, no?
anyhow, i am in the middle of a super-hectic-happy kinda moment, enjoying the process more than i can say, but this picture for some reason stood out while i was looking for a post for today. the peaceful, static serenity kinda tugged at me.
i took this last summer near polvijärvi, in eastern-finland, i was trying to birdwatch, don’t you see…and i got distracted with details that weren’t birds. :D
